Senior Design Engineer

<b>Senior Design Engineer</b><br> <br>Description:<ul><li> To comply with FZE QHSE policies and procedures.</li><li> Responsible for setting Engineering Standards and processes.</li><li> Responsible for providing technical drafting of drawings.</li><li> Responsible for providing Creation of assembly, disassembly, and redress procedures.</li><li> Generation of Engineering test requests and reports.</li><li> Responsible for design plan, review, and approval.</li><li> Participating in the product development process.</li><li> Equipment qualification and testing V0.</li><li> Overseeing prototype design and testing of equipment in workshop.</li><li> To analyse customer design proposals, specifications, and other technical data.</li><li> To ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specification.</li><li> Develops manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable design and standards.</li><li> Use Client's drawing control system and other systems to ensure the drawings integrity is maintained.</li><li> To Define the Design Acceptance Criteria (DAC) as per the product and customer specific requirements.</li><li> To interface the meeting with Management and manager for design and development requirements.</li></ul><br> <br> Requirements<br> <b>Accountabilities</b><ul><li>Accountable to maintain the changes in design and communicated to the concerns.</li><li>Accountable to verify accuracy of new drawings prior to assembly and testing.</li></ul><br> <b>Authorities</b><ul><li>To present new packer design</li><li>To hold the assembly process if any changes to be identified in the drawings and design.</li><li>To provide and review technical drafting of drawings for approval.</li><li>To oversee prototype design and testing of equipment in workshop.</li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br> <b>Education/Academic Qualification</b>:<ul><li>Bachelors' Degree in Design / Engineering or any similar field</li></ul><b>Experience:</b><ul><li>Proven experience in Downhole Tools and/or completion packers</li></ul><b>Training Sessions:</b><ul><li>QHSE/API Q1 Awareness, Awareness of product specification requirements like API 11- D1, ASNT, AWS, etc. Project Planning analysis awareness. Experience of AUTOCAD, CADWORKS, etc.</li></ul><b>Skills:</b><ul><li>Fluent in English, Understanding of API manufacturing principles and methods and the application to packer's design.
