<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques (e.g., ASNT Level II or equivalent).</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Proficiency in inspecting and evaluating drilling tools, subsea equipment, and lifting & rigging operations.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Technical understanding of operations within field of specialization (OCTG, Wellheads, Engineered Equipment, Drilling and Completion Tools, etc.)</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., API, ISO, DS-1, etc.) and regulatory requirements.</li>
