Mode of employment: Full-Time Job Description: Minimum of 10 years in the IT field, with a strong emphasis on ETL processes and cloud technologies. Hands-on experience with ETL tools, specifically Talend and Datastage, within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Essential expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and PL-SQL is required to drive data solutions and analytics. Hands-on experience in Unix scripting for developing robust data analytics solutions. Proficiency with scheduling tools, particularly Control-M, is preferred for efficient workflow management. Essential expertise in utilizing DevOps tools such as Jenkins for automation, JFrog for artifact management, and GitHub for source control to streamline and enhance the software delivery process. Hands-on experience in developing solutions on the Azure platform, with a strong background in working with Data Analytics products. Experience with API integration platforms like Apigee or Boomi, as well as experience with MoveITAutomation and Snowflake data sharing. Hands-on experience in enhancing processes and automation, including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for data analytics workflows. Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize query performance within Snowflake and Cloud environments. Experience with JIRA and proficiency in working within a Scrum framework. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to mentor teams and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Azure Data Engineer certifications are preferred. Prior experience with Azure Databricks, ADLS, and delivering CI/CD solutions for Data Analytics is beneficial. Prior experience in the retail marketing domain, with knowledge of customer engagement, loyalty programs, transactions, and campaign functionalities, is highly regarded. Having a foundational understanding of the HCL Unica marketing tool is an added advantage. Non-Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability in team collaboration and leadership competencies. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and capable of quickly adapting to new challenges.
