Overview Functional Responsibilities Price and Margin exception/Gap Closure evaluation Management of Frito lay overall price structure of a product portfolio. Work on Innovation pricing Work on cts and analysis as requested. (Post pricing analysis, Post pricing Audit, Analysis for specific product ) Support strategies and programs to improve trade efficiency and calendar optimization Work cross functionally with Brand marketing, Field marketing, Innovation and Consumer insights teams to make sure team is expanding their pricing knowledge and putting consumer at forefront of decision making. Responding to request from sales team and other internal customer support team to review/correct pricing concerns in timely manner, measured by pricing architecture. Providing recommendation and approving exception pricing request submitted by sales finance team. Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports Maintain complex Excel models Develop PowerPoint presentiation to communicate business results and insights Manage pricing exceptions through verbal and written interactions with Sales and Sales Finance Collaborate with sales and finance functions on ad-hoc projects Create an inclusive and collaborative environment Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Price and Margin exception/Gap Closure evaluation Management of Frito lay overall price structure of a product portfolio. Ability to identify business issues and generate solutions Self-starter with attention to detail and customer service Solid verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence others Ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes Ability to function well in a team environment Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner Ability to handle multiple priorities Prior Finance experience with National Accounts/Field Sales a plus Exceptional communication skills, Proficiency in English language
