Responsibilities Oversee the management of patient care activities in all nursing services functions as well as other patient care departments. Responsibilities: Provide leadership to management within areas of responsibility. Oversee the development and continuous improvement of patient care services, policies, processes, and programs. Formulate and implement operational strategies and initiatives. Oversee operations, budget, financial targets, and human resources management. Requirements Education: Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences BACHELORS IN NURSING - LICENSED IN THE STATE OF INDIANA PREFER A MASTERS DEGREE PREFER AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS CARDIAC/CARDIOVASCULAR RN EXPERIENCE WILL BE A HYBRID ROLE TO INCLUDE CLINICAL LEADERSHIP AND OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP 11 DIRECT REPORTS - 6 MATRIX REPORTS WILL WORK SIDE BY SIDE WITH THE CMO WILL ENSURE A CULTURE OF PATIENT CENTERED CARE REQUIRES WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SERVICE LINE REQUIRES A VERY STRONG FINANCIAL ACUMEN REQUIRES A
