Overview Supply Chain Team Supervisor Responsibilities This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise: Provides daily work direction to frontline associates Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics Leads daily performance meetings Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action Makes daily decisions impacting the business Handles all team performance and personnel issues Manages time and payroll systems Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 based on a full-time schedule Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications High School Diploma required Associates degree or equivalent background preferred Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred 3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You Able to Instruct and Teach Others Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures Mechanical and Technical Aptitude EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
