Medical Staff Coordinator

Þpartment Medical Staff Job Summary -Coordinates the credentialing and privileging process of medical and advanced practice professional staff members. -Interacts with practitioners to obtain applications and pertinent documents evaluating data for accuracy and completeness, monitoring receipt and follow up responses ensuring timely and efficient processing. -Processes medical staff status changes using MD-Staff. -Coordinates on-call scheduling using Amion/Doximity -Coordinates, tracks, and applies credentialing fees & medical staff dues. -Provides medical staff education and facilitates meetings as it relates to the medical staff on-boarding & credentialing process. -Monitors medical staff compliance with licensure and other certification requirements.
