Proven experience as a key person leading the development and delivery of different ServiceNow product implementations Architect and design solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards Deliver hands-on configuration, development and integrations within different modules of ServiceNow Familiar with ServiceNow features of Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, App engine, Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Process Automation and Mobile Apps Knowledge about different cloud service providers like Azure, AWS, GCP and IAC provider tools like Terraform, Ansible etc Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
