PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER ST. JOHNS, MI Position Highlights: Part Time Position as Independent Contractor Adolescent case load, ages 12-17, 10 per day In-Patient Setting; General Mental Health Mon-Fri work schedule: mornings - 4 hours/daily Duties include: taking development histories for psychiatric evaluations, prepare discharge summaries, rounding on patients, and prescribing of medications as needed Qualifications: Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Graduation from accredited APRN training Michigan License or ability to obtain Provide own malpractice insurance Work with a respected psychiatry practice, providing services at Cedar Creek Hospital, a 60-Bed Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital, located in St. Johns, Michigan - less than 30 minutes from Lansing, and about 1 hour east of Grand Rapids.
