Position Job Title: Senior Manager- Operations Process- PTP Band- C2 Shift Time: UK Shift Job Responsibility: • Expertise in all Accounts Payable process • Experience in transition and stabilization of P2P processes • Project Management • Meet Contractual compliances as per SOW/ MSA • Exception & discrepancy handling • SPOC of escalation for Vendors and stakeholders • Internal follow-up with business contacts and approvers • Ensuring SLAs are Met • Preparation of Dashboard Reports • Handling Client Calls / Escalation process * Team Management * Drive Continuous Process improvement initiatives to deliver productivity * Act as SME for team in resolving complex issues, changes in tools, automation, etc * Responsible for new Transitions * Close coordination with clents on all operational matters * Responsible for Hiring, retention, growth path of team members * Drive implementation of Automation projects to improve Productivity and efficiencies in team • Open to work in US / flexible working shifts as per process requirements CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent communication, people management, Team handling Domain knowledge / Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel Implementing Process specific improvements / Customer Centricity / Effective delegation / Time management / Commitment for excellence SAP ERP exposure CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION Sound knowledge about F&A Invoice to Pay(Transactional Accounting)
