Responsibilities The Opportunity: Carrying out purchases and supporting in the management of the Indirects categories (MRO and Utilities for Guatemala) not by local level but by categories across Caricam. Follow-up PO deliveries, support in reports and audits, compliance with purchasing policies. Identification of areas of opportunities both in savings and implementation of new processes, improvement of cash flow and P2P activities. This position handles the in the team, all the serives and spare parts for Plant Guatemala, wich is our bigger plant in CariCam, so the spend and suppliers are the highest. Your Impact: As Analista de compras de flota your responsibilities would consist of: Execute the supply strategies agreed with the buyers by category. Negotiation with suppliers to guarantee the best prices in the market and additionally seek productivity opportunities for the company Support COE for bidding processes according the needs of the business, ensuring the most competitive price. Generation of purchase orders Generate and analyze reports of POs and FV60 from SAP system. (Required) Generate productivity reports English Intermediate Required Ensure POs comply with GP Policies as part of SOX Controls Guarantee the evaluation of suppliers across Caricam region and follow up in those suppliers that require an action plan Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 2- 3+ years of Procurement / Sourcing / Supply Chain experience in Food & Beverage and/or any kind of consumer goods business. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economy. Good interpersonal relationships. English, Medium level Excel (Intermediate required) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate) Proactive / Ability to work in a team / Decision making / Work under pressure.
