Warehouse Certifier

Overview This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. Responsibilities Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet building practices Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of Pickers and Loaders Track each load accurately Accurately count all pallets Maintain pace of pallet configuration Ensure that in line adjustments are made and used for all pallets Identify priorities and coordinate resources Assess and enhance skill set of Pickers Recommend process improvements Coordinate Picker and Loader team Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,700 - $64,850 based on a full-time schedule Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications High school diploma or GED Preferred Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree Experience working a flexible schedule including early mornings, late night and/or weekends EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
