This role belongs to our German subsidiary Wipro Technologies GmbH with a headquarter in Frankfurt. This role is open for all locations in Germany. The requirement is for an Account where WIPRO manages the complete IT infrastructure for one the biggest retail customer in Europe. The scope includes, managing On-Prem Datacenters, Cloud Infrastructure, and other country connectivity. The network consists of various technologies like Meraki SD-WAN and Firewall, VMware NSX-T, Legacy Cisco WAN, Cisco Unified Fabric Switches etc. Your working area & responsibilities Advanced Routing Skills: Design, implement, and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP. Optimize network performance through efficient routing strategies. VPN Technologies: Deploy and manage various VPN technologies, including IPsec and SSL VPNs. Ensure secure and seamless connectivity for remote users and branch offices. Datacenter Nexus Switching: Expertise in configuring and maintaining Cisco Nexus switches within a data center environment. Implement high-availability solutions and optimize switching infrastructure. Network Security: Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain network security measures. Conduct regular audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly to minimize downtime. Provide Tier 3 support for escalated network incidents. Your skillset Strong routing skills with proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP. In-depth knowledge of VPN technologies, including IPsec and SSL VPNs. Extensive experience with Cisco DCNM, Nexus switches in a data center environment. English fluency is mandatory. German is desirable.
