<b>Job Description</b><br />
<br />
Manage the execution of existing Membrane Replacement Agreement (MRA) Contracts in NAM and develop new operations/forecasting processes needed to support the growing portfolio. In addition, be resource to support the expansion of the model into regions outside of North America.<br />
<br />
<b>Nature of work:</b><br />
<br />
<b>In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Organize sessions with sales and commercial engineering teams develop and implement the strategy for MRA contract opportunities, also in coordinating with Services teams if customer is interested in a performance based contracts (MSA)</li>
<li>Work closely with Services, Insight, techsupport teams to support customer needs and ensure deliverables from contract are provided.</li>
<li>Maintain forecast of membrane replacements needed for the ZW PSI to use with factory production planning.</li>
<li>Engage project management team in the execution of membranes replacement events as required.</li>
<li>Ensure annual Invoicing is updated and completed for active contracts.</li>
<li>Monitor and update annual contract financial performance and contract forecasting.</li>
<li>Coordinate customer feedback meetings to provide feedback and input.</li>
<li>Be a customer advocate, motivating internal teams to meet customer requirements and prioritize their satisfaction.</li>
<li>Travel to customer sites for site meetings and issue investigation will be required at times.</li>
<li>Function in this role with a high order of integrity and compliance with the regulations and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.</li>

<li>Ability to multitask on several concurrent projects</li>
<li>Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SAP and other business productivity tools and platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to work and thrive in a team environment</li>
<li>Communicate effectively to internal groups and customer in person and over the phone</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of MS Office suite</li>
<li>Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and perseverance</li>
<li>Ability to work well and collaborate with a team</li>
</ul>

<li>B.S. in an engineering/science discipline or related technical experience</li>
<li>5+ years of customer relationship management experience.</li>
