<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Carries out unsupervised maintenance work, both corrective and preventive. Directs and participates in the skilled maintenance and repair of various types of rotating and stationary equipment such as diesel engines, turbines, pumps, compressors, valves, desalination units, cranes, hoists, turbo-expanders, recycle compressors and pig launchers.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by 2 years full time training in the mechanical trade. (equivalent to City &amp; Guilds) Good knowledge of English.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
At least 6 years varied maintenance experience on similar heavy duty equipment in the petrochemical industry including some senior technician level experience.<br />
