<b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Under general supervision, coordinates and tracks the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).</li>
<li>Works directly with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements.</li>
<li>Maintains scheduling board and report on utilization of personnel and equipment.</li>
<li>May serve as a backup to Area Resource Coordinator for sale order creation.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order to cash issues to include but not limited to timely reconciliation of Sales orders.</li>
<li>Ensures crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety and Enviornmental guidelines.</li>
<li>Promotes safety awareness and enviornmental consciousness and complies with HSE procedures and guidelines.</li>
<li>Skills are typically acquired through a High School Diploma or similar education and a minimum of 3 years experience as an Area Resource Specialist I or equivelant.</li>
<li>Promotes and actively participates in the quality improvement process.</li>
