The Field Engineer Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, reliable Product and Service Delivery to customers and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. For more information visit company website . <br><br><b> Roles and Responsibilities: </b> <br><ul><li> Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. </li><li> Execute service delivery to the customer. </li><li> Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. </li><li> Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids. </li><li> Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. </li><li> Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. </li><li> Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. </li><li> Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. </li><li> Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. </li><li> Maintain the required safety training. </li></ul><br><br><b> Qualifications and Experience: </b> <br><ul><li> Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university. </li><li> Graduated in the last three years - This is an Early Career Program and will follow a fixed step training program. </li><li> Ability to work outside in the field environment both onshore and offshore. </li><li> Excellent communication skills verbal and written. </li><li> Excellent computer skills. </li><li> Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship. </li></ul><br><br>Schlumberger Canada Limited (
