Rig Superintendent/OIM

<p>We have an upcoming requirement for our client offshore Jack-up Drilling rig operations in Qatar.</p>

<p><strong>Position: Rig Superitendent/OIM.<br />
Work location: Qatar. </strong></p>

<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>

<p>Manage entire rig operations from the base the base station.</p>

<p>Manages all rig operations and personnel.</p>

<p>Coordinates with the block owner to know the drilling schedule and then communicates to the Rig.</p>

<p>Pitch-in to resolve the drilling obtrudes or any issues which arise on Rig.</p>

<p>Ensures safety procedures, well control, and preventative maintenance.</p>

<p>Collaborates with geologists, geoscientists, and reservoir engineers.</p>

<p>Plans drilling locations and methods.</p>

<p>Monitors rig performance and optimizes efficiency.</p>

<p>Proficient in Computer, confident with Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Access, Power point etc.,</p>

<p>Must have a valid IWCF Level 4 certificate</p>

<p>Other drilling related certificates</p>

<p>Top drive experience</p>

<p>Fluent in English.</p>

<p>Candidates should have a very good experience on the offshore Jack up rig with the Middle East Experience..</p>
