He or she will review Contractor documents such as Project Quality Plan, Method of Statements, assess construction and installation methods to ensure that SAEP/SAES are adequately implemented. He or She will audit Contractor's Project Quality Plan, Procedures, Site Activities and submit report to management and follow-up on remedial actions implemented by Contractor. Prepare Performance report, non-conformance analysis, remedial actions and submit to management. Closely monitor site activities and conditions to find out any non-conformances of Contractor and take appropriate remedial actions and report to the management.
