KPMG’s Information Technology Services department is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Systems Analyst Consultant, to be part of their Project Services team. The Project Services team provides project management, business systems analysis, quality management, portfolio management, and technical communication services for KPMG in Canada’s technology and key business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate, highly analytical, personable, and goal-oriented individual who seeks to make significant positive contributions to the firm. What you will do Effectively leading a team of ITS Business Systems Analysts that consistently meets business needs accurately and on time, across multiple service streams Conducting meaningful performance and career development conversations with team members, including goal setting and performance reviews Communicating and negotiating timelines, budget, staffing, scope and critical milestones with project managers and key stakeholders Participating in annual fiscal planning across multiple service streams, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Enterprise Analytics (EA) Managing resources and prioritizing assignments to ensure the team meets agreed upon milestones Reviewing quality of BSA deliverables and providing constructive feedback and guidance Overseeing operational intake, ensuring ad hoc requests are assessed and addressed promptly and appropriately Managing issue escalation and resolution and providing ongoing monitoring and assessment to mitigate risks and track progress of issue resolution Championing the business analysis practice and promoting the benefits of utilizing the BSA Centre of Excellence Investigating and implementing new methodologies, tools, and templates, as needed What you bring to the role Minimum 10 years of experience in a business systems analyst role, with at least 2 years of experience at a BSA Consultant level of service delivery Excellent leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to develop strong working relationships and to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and to forge consensus within a group of stakeholders Deep knowledge of agile methodology and the software development life cycle (SDLC), and specifically the BSA role within these frameworks Familiarity with a project management environment dealing with end-user and infrastructure systems in a team-based environment that often includes situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands Providing you with the support you need to be at your best For more information about KPMG in Canada’s Benefits and well-being, click here.
