ML Engineer

Profile Senior Cloud Data Engineer We are looking for a Senior Cloud Data Engineer that can help us to further develop our in-house-built marketing automation platform. You will be a member of the Brain team. Together with Data Scientist in the team you are responsible for the ML/AI models and pipelines in the platform. Key tasks / responsibilities: ? As cloud data engineer you are responsible for the development of data pipelines, logic and services that enable our Machine Learning models to function within our Marketing Automation platform. ? You need to work closely with Data science, DevOps team and Business on the further development and improvement of the Marketing Automation platform ? Design, implement, test, deploy and monitor streaming data transformation pipelines that calculate features for predictive models. These features are used in real-time cloud-based machine learning systems. ? Next to these pipelines the system contains offline batch ML models, online (real-time) ML inference, and various technical monitoring and business-oriented reports/dashboards. You need to be able to interact with these components The long-term focus of the above activities is to further develop the ML system into a full-fledged, high quality Marketing Automation Platform Key Skills ? Software design and architecture of real-time distributed systems ? AWS components; (Step functions, ECS, ECR, DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3, Lambda) ? AWS Sagemaker / ML OPS in the cloud ? Docker ? Advanced Python knowledge (Type Annotation) ? CI/CD (GitLab) ? Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) ? PySpark ? DevOps mindset Experience with ? Extensive experience with software design, architecture, and implementation of real-time distributed production systems on AWS ? Experience with embedding Machine Learning models in production applications Soft skills ? Able to work in an agile team ? Ability to agree on a compromise to achieve a joint team result ?
