<b>Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Onshore EAST</b><br />
<br />
Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering OFFSHORE , NORTH-WEST (Scandinavia,UK,Ireland) CENTRAL (Germany and Benelux) and EAST(Poland and Baltics countries, Austria,Switzerland,Czech Republic,Croatia,Hungary,Romania,Bulgaria,Serbia,Ukraine,Georgia and Kazakhstan). Our responsibilities include Sales, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms in these regions.<br />
Service Onshore East provides Field Capacity Support to NCE Service.<br />
<br />
<b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Heading a Team of Leaders of a big team of traveling Service Technicians and the Administration linked to the international operation</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between European Service managers, senior Operations managers, directors and NCE staff functions on capacity and quality standard</li>
<li>Partner with Area Manager and Site Managers to coordinate the services, handle plan deviations in an effective and cooperative manner</li>
<li>Coordinate resource schedules and remote work assignment with yourTeam</li>
<li>Assist in NCE resource strategy development, budgeting, and ensure performance tracking for the international assignments</li>
<li>Responsible for hiring and supervising the group of technicians to ensure that the works are performed according to Vestas Safety and Quality standards</li>
<li>Develop talents and grow the skill of the traveling teams according to forecasted demands</li>
</ul>

<b>Qualifications</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Technical or other relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc)</li>
<li>3 - 5 years&
39; experience as people leader, project manager, project lead, or other management experience, especially in industrial or construction industry</li>
<li>Valid driver&
39;s license, passport, and ability to travel as needed to meet business goals</li>
<li>Professional English communications skills (verbal, listening, written, meeting management, presentation)</li>
<li>Efficient PC computer skills (MS Office) required, MS Office = Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, optionally Project management programs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Highly focused, accountability and taking ownership; functions effectively in a time-sensitive setting and in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands; enjoys balancing ambiguities</li>

<li>Experience with and ability to coordinate and supervise projects</li>
<li>Ability to speak and understand technical language</li>
