At least 2 years of experience in control testing for a financial services/banking domain client/project Should be able to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for control workflows, conduct system tests. Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems or workflows. Strong proficiency in simulation tools and methodologies. Hands on experience working with tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops and exposure to RPA or process automation would be helpful Familiarity with industry standards such as BASEL and protocols related to control systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience with workflow testing and validation is a plus.
