Main Job Duties will be; Contact customers via phone to collect outstanding payments and resolve any payment-related inquiries. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to negotiate payment arrangements and encourage timely payments. Accurately record payment details and update customer accounts in our database. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies and escalate complex issues as needed. Meet or exceed monthly collection targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a financial or collections environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively handle challenging conversations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when recording payment information. Proficiency in using computer software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
