<b>NES Fircroft</b> is a world's  leading recruitment firm for energy, engineering and life sciences sectors.<br> We are hiring for -<br> One of the leading services and solutions provider at the forefront of transforming the global energy and industrial landscape in Saudi Arabia.<br> <b>Role- Bidding Manager</b> Description<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end bid process.</li><li>Analyzing the tender document to understand the needs of the clients.</li><li>Develop a strong working relationship with the client, and proponents.</li><li>Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with Segment Leads, CFO on Finance, Commercial, Legal and Project Management.</li><li>Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met.</li><li>Liaising with Segment leads to agree bid details.</li><li>Work with the Segment leads to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure winning themes are clear and compelling.</li><li>Preparing and understanding competitor landscape and other reference materials, to support Partner Ecosystem</li><li>Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.</li><li>Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.</li><li>Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all products / services are included in the final price to the customer.</li><li>Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document.</li><li>Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as providing guidance around the executive summary).</li><li>Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines.</li><li>Ensuring that the bid is accurate and delivered on time.</li><li>Manage the bid budget and monitor and report on overall performance against KPIs.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customer.</li></ul> <br><br> Success will include.<ul><li>Win rate,</li><li>Capture rate,</li><li>Revenue secured,</li><li>Bid margin,</li><li>Retention rates,</li><li>Bids submitted and achievement of internal SLAs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>10 - 15 years' experience in the same role.</li><li>Educational Level - bachelor's degree.</li><li>Extensive experience with Oil & Gas - Saudi Aramco, EPC's, Etimad.</li><li>Have extensive experience in prequalifying our inhouse service offerings with prospective clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, NEOM etc.</li><li>Extensive Experience in leadership roles.</li></ul><b>Pls share your resume on [email protected]</b><br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Chemicals, Construction &amp; Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and&nbsp;Manufacturing&nbsp;sectors worldwide.
