Responsibilities Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast Assist Finance Director with the development of ticket/trade/net targets by channel and account. Analyse Trade Spend and Net Sales performance vs Plan and Forecast Perform post audits on promotional spend to optimize events. Create and submit journal entries (JEs) Create customer/region/brand/account performance reports Provide analytic support to help prepare for customer visits Develop and manage models, tools and reporting Help administer non-key account CMAs Provide control and oversite of Coordinator to ensure accurate claims approval processes Lead performance analysis and reporting for customer/region/function Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performance Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insights Collaborate with Sales and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects Create an inclusive and collaborative environment Qualifications Experience working on a P&L, core finance experience 6-7 years of experience in finance for postgraduates (MBA preferably) (4-6 years of experience in finance for chartered accounts preferred as well Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase - added advantage Tableau knowledge, Strong excel skills Able to work independently and takes initiative Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance Ability to function well in a team environment Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
