Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together! Duties and Responsibilities: Lead problem-solving for non conform applying 8D, Kaizen, Six Sigma all driving to understand root cause. Lead implementation for corrective and preventive actions, always focusing on continuous improvement for quality and customer satisfaction. Promote and develop quality culture (internal/ supplier) and deploy quality fundamentals. Drive continuous improvement projects. Develop and implement quality documentation such as PFMEA, and control plan. Lead continuous process improvement impacting non-quality costs and customer returns using CI tools. Apply quality systems based on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 standards and participate in internal and external audits Qualifications 5- 7 years of experience in the automotive industry. University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Fluency in English knowledge of quality fundamentals certified internal auditor ISO 9001 lean six sigma green/black Focus on Customer Ability to communicate, organize and work in a cross-functional Team environment. Strong Leadership Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Oral and written communication. Schedule: Full-time Req: 008MWW
