Customer Satisfaction & Quality Manager - Factory

· Supervise the complete scope of the Customer Satisfaction and Quality, including of 3 sub-functions: Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality and Customer Advocate, to deliver the best quality in product and service to customer. · Deploy and enhance quality fundamental throughout cross functional team and especially to shopfloor, comply to SE standard and maintain continuous improvement culture in Quality. · End to end problem solving on product and process with regarding to quality matter from customer, supplier, and SE manufacturing plant in Vietnam. · Establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation in quality of the material, size, weight or other characteristics for goods or services, and maintain them. · Implement operational techniques and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of unsatisfactory performance at relevant stage of the quality loop (quality spiral) in order to result in economic effectiveness. · Manage Quality team to ensure that manufacturing produces & delivers good products with committed quality level at the right time with competitive cost through objectives of FFR, RTY, NQC, PPAP compliance, FMEA priority. · Develop local talent with functional and technical competence in order to archive key indicators smoothly. Qualifications · Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field · Job Related Experience: Minimum 8 years’ working experience in the field of quality function in Electronics/Electrical manufacturing. · Patient and coaching skill ad advanced level. · Business Understanding: Manufacturing, Supplier management, Process , Customer management, Product structure, IEC standard. · Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): o switch and socket product knowledge, o PPAP, FMEA, Basic Quality tool, FMEA, advanced problem solving. o Fluent in English (4 skills), Chinese Schedule: Full-time Req: 008TTV
