Reisterstown Pet Resort & Spa is a full-service animal care facility offering lodging, grooming, and daycare located on 7 acres in Reisterstown, MD. We are looking for the right candidate to join our growing facility. As a Reservation Specialist you will: -Turn incoming inquiries from potential guests into booked reservations -Demonstrate relationship building expertise by maintaining contact with existing customers to increase interest and utilization of products and services -Coordinate and process confirmation calls for upcoming reservations and events -Sell activity packages to see to the comfort and satisfaction of all guests -Work and communicate well with kennel techs, receptionists, and groomers to further enhance the customer experience -Efficiently process lodging, grooming and daycare reservations using the KennelSoft Atlantis Program -Work in a call center environment with high call volume -Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must Utilizing standard office/business equipment. Flexible schedule including some weekend and holiday shifts. Experience with veterinary software is preferred. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Possession of organizational skills. Critical thinking – Understanding logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment and ability to manage stressful situations.
