We design and innovate ICL , Steam Turbine, Centrifugal compressor, Alternative Compressor for our global customers. Bringing Technology to life You will coordinate and oversee work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities. Provide the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinate and directs the activities of service operators. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. May evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance. As a Field Service Specialist -Steam Turbines & Centrifugal compressor, you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Performing in autonomy some of the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of TPS Rotating equipment in the Field at Customer Site. </li><li>Performing minor/major maintenance of equipment following the TPS Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures. </li><li>Providing activities records accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations. </li><li>Working with the Customer Representative and Site Team to coordinate activities at the Customer Job Site. </li><li>Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures. </li><li>Performing other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work. </li><li>Providing limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the Field. </li><li>Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance). </li></ul> Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: <ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree and solid experience in mechanical service engineering on Turbomachinery. </li><li>Have 3 to 6 years experience mainly specialized in Experienced Steam Turbines & Centrifugal Compressor (ST/ CeCo). </li><li>Demonstrate appropriate mechanical qualifications on industrial gas turbines and/or compressors. </li><li>Be able to be flexible with working patterns and shift rotations. </li><li>Be a good team player and display good communication skills in French and English. </li></ul> Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
