We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Supervisor to join our team based at both the East Coast Hub and Lynn &amp; Inner Dowsing (LID) sites in Grimsby.<br />
<br />
As the Stores Supervisor you will be required to ensure that all stock movements are recorded and controlled in an accurate and auditable manner. You will be responsible for providing information to the Site Management team to ensure stock is managed correctly throughout the operation as well as conducting and auditing inventory.<br />

<b>Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Communicate effectively with Back-office and offshore teams</li>
<li>Attend daily planning meeting with operations team and weekly site meetings and provide feedback to stores team</li>
<li>Order, receive, pick, pack, issue, and dispatch inventory following the SGRE (Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy) process&
39; whilst maintaining fully auditable records on both system and paper accurately to meet tight replenishment schedules for both service operation and crew transfer vessels.</li>
<li>Audit transactions of stores team to ensure accuracy and record findings to present to Site Management team on a weekly basis</li>
<li>Management and control of the ECC (customs) process for the far shore sites.</li>
<li>Management and control of calibrated tools, PPE (personal protective equipment), statutory requirements, and secure inventory including safety equipment and standard tooling.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clear, and clean environment ensuring all procedures are adhered to including equipment maintenance, auditing the stores and reporting findings to management team on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Expedite effective logistics solutions to the site Operations team to deliver service to our internal and external customers</li>
<li>Line management of a small team of advanced operations and operations coordinators within the stores team including personal development of staff members.</li>

<b>What you need to make a difference </b><br />

<ul>
<li>Demonstrable experience in stores or material control ideally within Offshore Wind or similar environment would be preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and be able to adapt quickly to the changing requirements.</li>
<li>Relevant dangerous goods certification, IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) and a Lv.2 certificate in management would be preferred</li>
<li>Should have experience in MS Office Applications and SAP or another inventory management system</li>
<li>Should have good communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels</li>
<li>Previous supervisor and/or line management experience and counterbalance/reach FLT (Fork Lift Truck) licenses would be advantageous</li>
