Ability to read production sheets Quickly identify a quality defect and communicate immediately to machine operators. Quality checks using micrometer, tape measure, etc. Able to read a tape measure up to 1/16” variance All units have an accurate load tag and the appearance meets plant’s requirements Basic Computer Skills (Data Entry) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to add, subtract, & multiply Able to work extended work hours and weekends, as needed Self-motivated Able to work in varying temperatures Professional Attitude & conduct Performs other job-related duties as assigned HS Diploma or GED Pass background check, drug screen, and physical PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
