Daily engagement with Customers, Parts Managers, and fellow Associates ensures seamless operations and superior service. Responsibilities: Identify and seize business opportunities through proactive prospecting and leveraging internal and external sales leads. Foster strong rapport with wholesale Customers to fulfill their requirements and deliver exceptional service. Promptly and courteously handle telephone inquiries, striving to meet caller needs effectively. Provide customers with pertinent information while exploring additional sales opportunities. Accurately price parts and accessories and ensure proper stocking of incoming inventory. Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including creating and managing merchandising displays to boost product sales. Success Metrics: Achievement of targeted new prospects and unit sales/profit goals. High levels of customer satisfaction in line with company standards. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent qualification. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record in meeting targets. Previous experience in parts sales preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills. Comfort and proficiency with technology. Valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record.
