Should have good knowledge in SQL, PL-SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, Workflow and BI Publisher. Experience in Application support and maintenance as well as small to medium enhancements and Implementation project is must. Primarily work on driving the team on support ticket resolution, Service Requests and Problem tickets resolution by adhering to the ticket response and resolution SLAs. Guide junior team members in resolving complex, business critical issues and monitor day-to-day support activities for Oracle EBS SCM. Schedule Shift roaster, arrange on- call support on weekends and holidays. Prepare Knowledge articles and SOPs on various processes. Prepare RCA for P1 and P2 tickets and work on preventive maintenance, Performance tuning on long running programs / code. Create SR with Oracle on standard issues including performance issue and follow up to closure. Participate in Business and IT status meetings, track and close action items identified for you, and coordinate with other team members. Functional knowledge of Inventory, Purchase and OM modules like Order Management, Shipping, and Advance Pricing would be desired.
