R&D Culinary Technician

Responsibilities Provide general technical support to the Culinary and R&D Teams as needed Procure ingredients necessary for all culinary work Maintain inventory of food and equipment in an organized fashion Regularly purge out of date stock Evaluate food and beverage products and other co-manufactured samples to include physical parameters such as color, moisture, time, temp, net weight, and visual appearance, as well as all other culinary metrics assigned, record results using Microsoft Excel and compare against the product specification Coordinate with facilities on general maintenance issues Purchase and organize maintenance of equipment Maintain communication and manage relationship with vendors Assist in maintaining a clean lab setting and support dishwasher when needed. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
