Overview Further accelerate the growth of the Club format and Imports business Encompassing foundational operational tasks Business planning to ensure smooth demand and supply to increase OFR for both Imports and Club format business Customer negotiations for pricing, demo, in-store activation, and NPD detail information Responsibilities Coordinate with the Club format's purchasing and replenishment team to ensure smooth operations in terms of procurement, sales, and inventory. Communicate with Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Trade Marketing to ensure timely feedback on products co-created with customers at every time point. Liaise with the logistics and planning departments to ensure the delivery forecasts confirmed with Imports and Club format customers are met in terms of volume and timing. Engage with MUs to provide the necessary data they require. Promptly address business-related requests raised by customers. Assist Imports tier 1 & 2 customers’ planning process to ensure order fulfillment. Qualifications 4+ years sales experience in FMCG industry. Past experience in operating with the Walmart group (Sam's Club and Costco are a plus). Basic understanding of the Club format. High degree of Planning and Execution Skills. Great communication skill is essential (both Chinese and English). A mindset that doesn't set limits on oneself. Responsible, passionate, energetic, and good at interpersonal communication.
