About the Role: As a Business Consultant at Wipro, you’ll be responsible for liaising and bridging the gap between customer and technology teams to comprehend and analyze customer requirements in the Asset Management / Private Equity domain and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer. You will play a strategic role in shaping the roadmap for Digital, Finance and HR transformation for the customer. You will be involved in understanding the different applications present in the customer’s domain area, understand the challenges faced by customer and come up with solutions. You will be a key contributor and innovator while providing a strong consulting experience in Capital Markets. Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to): Understand the existing offerings of the customer and provide subject matter expertise to scope and deliver the target state business and technology architecture Play the role of a Senior Business Consultant within Asset Management and Private Equity Identify all the affected applications and interfaces and perform a stakeholder analysis End to end delivery of book of work within the assigned project(s)/work stream(s), in agile/waterfall methodology Requirements Engineering involving analyzing problem at hand, writing BRDs and FRDs, user stories and other documents, walkthrough of requirements for development and testing team, assisting business in UAT and act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders Liaise with business, other vendor teams and stakeholders Required Qualifications: This position is located in Chicago or NYC, United States. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S are encouraged to apply. Overall experience : 12-15+ years with knowledge of Asset Management and Private Equity Strategic problem solving skills required, experience of working with a Big 4 in Strategy and Operations transformation role would be a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors in Engineering / Technology / Finance MBA/PGDBM/CFA or any equivalent degree in Finance is desirable Private Equity Domain Knowledge (Desired) 12-15+ years of relevant experience.
