Job Description – MES Engineer Responsibilities: Interface with clients to understand the requirements and gap analysis of customer requirements Define MES Solution Architecture and developing Detailed Design Specification Define Functional requirements through client interviews, documents reviews and workflow process mapping Contribute and lead MES implementation Responsible for technical deliverables during the MES project lifecycle Actively participate in project team meeting and reviews with customer Preparing weekly / Monthly reporting and sharing with customers Assist customer in understanding and solving the technical challenges Should be possible to estimate the efforts of MES implementation and working with sales to explain MES solutions to customers Capable to integrate MES systems with OT systems like any DCS, PLC, SCADA and IT systems like ERP, AVEVA Pi systems etc. Be capable of proposing or building prototype systems to demonstrate solutions. Should be capable to work with OPC server and Client technologies Communicate directly with customer about complex technical issues Project control functions to be documented according to formats specified in standard templates (FDS) or by the Project Lead. Actively participates in project meetings, site visits and/or startups. Shall be able to troubleshoot the control and communication problems between different systems during FAT and at site. Willing to travel for site commissioning activities depending upon the project requirements. Compiles and maintains project databases, configuration data, or other project information. Qualifications Educational Qualification / Requirements: Must be a Graduate in Engineering Disciplines Computer Science, Electronics & Instrumentation, Control & Instrumentation with minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience. Should have good communication skills. Attitude to Works effectively as individual & in team environment and shall be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in any MES implementation is must Experience in SQL programming and databases, ERP integration Experience with IT environment in networking and communication Experience in Python or any SW programming is preferable Preferred AVEVA Certification in ASP, MES, Work Task, OSI PI Experience in OPC server architecture, experience in WEB API, REST API, MQTT protocol is preferable Schedule: Full-time Req: 008S4T
