One or more years’ experience managing and providing training for sales programs, in addition to managing high visibility cross-functional projects, with direct impact to sales performance. Possess an active health/life insurance license (or obtain within 90 days of hire date) Experience in Medicare sales, working with Medicare beneficiaries or with the senior population is preferred. Must be willing to travel 10% to 20% to markets to provide training to selling partners and various sales team members. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish-English) Excellent computer skills, including solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite programs (especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management, organizational and follow up skills required, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Must be self-oriented, flexible and enthusiastic – just like us!
