Senior Global Workday Solutions Manager

Rentokil Initial deployed Workday in 2012 as an early adopter and is currently being used in 10 countries. Following a reconfiguration of our existing team, we are building our HR Technology team to support the next stage of our growth and scale journey. Main Purpose of role: We are looking for a Senior Global Workday Solutions Manager that will support the Global HR Tech Portfolio Lead and other stakeholders in order to deliver business critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects. ● Be a subject matter expert on Workday HCM and at least one other Workday module and be keen to expand knowledge of Workday functionality and/or other complementing modules. ● Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe.
