As a Supply Chain Planning & Sourcing Supervisor, you will be Responsible to coordinate and execute all direct and indirect materials functions for the ME business, including inter-unit, purchasing, demand and supply planning and inventory control. You also review regional demand forecast and negotiate purchase price, quality, availability, delivery, and other factors necessary to ensure the overall conformance of materials purchased to manufacturing specifications and overall company service objectives including Cost out objectives 1) Strategic Sourcing 2) Material Management 3) SIOP Essential Functions: Extensive understanding of company purchasing policies, procedures, and decisions. Managing materials cost-out programs, for both Direct & Indirect Material. Responsible for effective sourcing cycle including shortlisting, negotiating, onboarding of suppliers and execution. Manage and develop key suppliers to achieve financial and performance targets Support purchasing activities to comply with Eaton’s Supply Chain policies and cost effectively meet spending targets. Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results. Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions. Lead the Assortment process in Middle East including maintenance of the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. safety stock, ABC / FMR categorisation) including E&O control measures. Integrated SIOP program for all operations to achieve financial objectives. Lead the monthly SIOP process (integrating forecasts, open orders, capacity and material ordering levels). Supervise all aspects of Supply Chain in adherence with Corporate, and Divisional policies to achieve business goals including adherence to Materials Management Assessment (MMA) for the ME business. Ensure constant process review and implementation of SCM continuous improvement and lean principles in all SCM functions including Warehouse & Logistics Operations. Are you? Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Excellent analytical and cognitive skills. 5+ years experience in supply chain management Excellent communications and presentation skills Ability to lead a cross-functional team in the development and implementation of initiatives Expertise with integrated logistics network design. Experienced with SAP Demonstrated ability in the area of strategic process creation and implementation Demonstrate a bias for action and implementation Ability to manage multiple tasks across the region Ability to drive change in the organization. Must have strong motivation and mentoring skill Must be viewed by the operational customer as a champion for the operations Then we want to hear about you!
