Electromechanics/Electrotechnology, Experienced Design Engineer

We are finding him/her who: Mission: - Lead product evolution projects in scope of technical design change, with target of TTM (time to market), project quality and budget control; - Cover the coordination of both technical tasks as well as coordination with upstream and downstream supply chain in order to achieve targets; - Build and connect the virtual team to execute in passion and agility, set vision for project team, and present accurate & in-time report to management; Be in charge of multiple projects in parallel, and grasp available project management capability for medium-high complexity, and technical competency to lead design activities if complexity low-medium; Responsibilities: - Manage the optimization of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all switching and controlling products (contactors, thermal relays, motor circuit breakers etc); - Define project planning, project budget, resources, risks and keep it up to date during the life of the project; - Organize, build, lead, align and motivate the project team and synchronize the project team with the other teams; - Lead the decision making process at the project level and at the right time; - Identify the risks, issues and manage the associated corrective action plans; - Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in event of deviation, proposes; - Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis; - Challenge & motivate related functions to take ownership of the project objectives, coordination with the plants to make sure deployment efficiency and quality; 资格 Electro-mechanical, mechatronics or electronics background with good knowledge of supply chain setup; Competencies and 2Y+ experience in scrum or waterfall optimization or development project management; Ability of cooperate with remote team or functions, and international scope project participation experience; Experience of successful project in which product or solution on market today; Fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory, French language is an option; Knowledge of multiple technology as electric & electronic plus mechanical product knowledge is mandatory, switching and controlling products (contactors, thermal relays, motor circuit breakers, soft starters, relays, PLC etc.) knowledge is an option; 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 008M0X
