Manager - Sales (Contractor Field Sales, Belgaum)

Sales Manager- Individual contributor role for sales Geo Belgaum. Schneider Electric a global leader in Energy Management and Automation space looking for Sales Manager role based out of Belgaum. The Sales Manager needs to be self-motivated, results-driven, focused, collaborate with other pipes. Sales Engineer will be a induvial contributor for sales growth. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales of B2B customer, specially Industries, Sugar, MMM, OEM, Builders, Panel Builder, Contractor and CRE segments. Work experience minimum of 5+ years in the sales field in this segment. We are looking for competitive, financially motivated and capable taking initiatives, strategies to grow profitable business. Preference would be given to Industrial Automation/ Power System candidates. Qualifications Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in BE/BTech - Electrical Engineering, MBA in Marketing would be advantage. Previous sales experience required in sales role. 3+ years’ experience in the Electrical/Building industry 2+ years’ experience in IoT, Industry 4.0, software, MOMA.
