Job Description This role focuses on providing HR support in one or more specialized functions, research internal database files and manage requests received from HR representatives. The HR Advisor with English is responsible for: Providing support, by handling and answering employee inquiries, through chat, telephone and e-mail; Managing end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, terminations, resignations; Acting as the first point of contact for employees and candidates and reassign tasks to other teams when needed; Assisting employees in the completion of appropriate forms, navigation of HR systems, processes, and policies; Handling highly confidential material and providing information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records; Working together with HR teams and third parties to ensure the accuracy of employee data/records and provide assistant and support, when needed. The ideal candidate: Good knowledge of English (B2 upwards); Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Ability to meet deadlines; Good analytical skills; Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking; Proactive, flexible and adaptable; Team-oriented.
