Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us. Summary of the position: management of Government tender, pricing negotiations and Contract’s follow-up. Provide support to cross functional teams in any related to public sales. Secure product availability at country level (internal APO system), contract extension’s, sales consolidation: private and government channel. Development of dashboards tools to assure data sharing among organization. Main Responsibilities Follow up with distributors for any tender process and provide them with documental support accordingly to each event Strategic tender analysis, preparation and presentation thru multiple platforms Follow up of purchase orders from institutions and distributors and report them accordingly to the business unit Responsible to monitor and follow up on sanctions with distributors and institutions and report them quarterly to finance team Keep documents organized and provide cross functional support to Logistics and GOTC´s teams, for direct delivery project with institutions such as ISSSTE, PEMEX and others in the future Follow-up to the issuance of financial bonds and keep control of them until is time to manage its cancelation directly with all institutions Continuous analysis of units needed for the current demand, and provide such information to the supply team to ensure the channel is full The government tender manager will have additional duties, that may include: Strategic analysis of data and accompaniment to access team for any process concerning contracts with institutions Support access team with information they might need in regards contracts, purchase orders and any documentation from government tender process, contract status, inventory and any other information critical to decision making Continuously report to finance team any updates in regards to purchases orders Travel required: NO Expected Areas of Competence Discretion and confidentiality Strong problem-solving skills in the execution of job responsibilities Excellent written/oral communication skills to interact with internal and external clients Ambiguity management Remains calm under adverse conditions and reaches independent, reasoned solutions when required Self-starter, and takes initiative Open communication skills Experiences Desired Government tender experience Access / Sales experience with multiple institutions Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and tasks Ability to effectively communicate ideas, influence others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives and to achieve results in a culturally diverse workplace Broad-based experience to comply with policies and procedures Experience in a medium to large international organization. Knowledge Desired Understanding contracts with government and Mexican Acquisition Law Written and spoken English is required Data management and excel is required
