To conduct inspection data analysis and define the top problem and conduct meeting to ensure corrective measure is implement Assist in the compilation and analyze of quality performance for submission to management for review and discussion Assist in conducting Internal Audit To ensure quality inspections/ improvement activities are being conducted To generate quality related work instruction. Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Review customer specification and technical document Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications D3/S1 from any disciplines of engineering (electronics/electrical/industrial/mechanical, etc) Min. 3 years experience in PCBA industry/manufacturing Good attitude & mindset Get used to work with Six Signa, FMEA, MSA, IPC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to conduct RCA & 8 DR Able to conduct VDA, BIQS, IATF Internal AUdit Able to perform SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions: (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services; (b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.
