The Opportunity The Cyber security analyst will have the opportunity to be on night shift duty (and to be available on weekends) to oversee sorting, investigating and escalating security alerts that come from different solutions of our clients. All within a pre-defined framework of playbooks. In this context, the analyst will have the opportunity to be exposed to the reality and challenges of Canadian organizations in relation to cyber security attacks. What you will do Triage and analyze alerts within our SOAR platform Basic reactive threat hunting and anomaly investigation Write incident reports for customers Be a key player in the continuous improvement process Interact with the customer on ongoing investigations Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with our customers.
