We’re seeking an Auto Repossession Supervisor to join our growing Central Operations Department! This role will report directly to the Centralized Operations Manager. As an Auto Repossession Supervisor, you will provide leadership and supervision to a team of 8-10 specialists while overseeing the daily operations of Auto Repossessions, Communicating with Vendors and our Branches. In this capacity, the individual will play an integral role in the daily production, performance management, oversight, and maintaining quality standards. The successful candidate will handle staff scheduling, staff performance, and overall performance of assigned operations, while maintaining adherence to regulations and company policies. This position works closely with operations, compliance, audit, legal, and other key partners both internal and external to the organization. Does this sound like a match for your skills? Apply today! Ensure SLA's, business objectives and productivity standards are met by accurately assessing performance. Coach and develop team members on areas of improvement. Responsible for ensuring department standards, policies, procedures and goals are achieved. Oversee productivity of operations teams and adherence to quality standards. Monitor workflow to ensure the highest levels of efficiencies. Ability to understand and lead multiple operations at one time. Complete performance reporting. Support internal control testing and and/or internal audit needs. Participates in the development and/or delivery of training as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Three years Republic Finance branch experience or three years of applicable experience in a centralized operations environment and/or call center experience. Strong understanding of centralized operations work-flow management. Negotiating with Debt Settlement companies. Monitoring and filing probate claims. Ability to mentor and motivate others. Excellent leadership and coaching skills. Strong communication and writing skills. An individual who takes a lead by example approach in working with team members.
