Store Person - Dublin

Position: Store Person Location: Holly Road, Dublin 12 Salary: €25,000 annum, salary paid on a monthly basis Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Rentokil initial is an established global blue chip organisation, operating in nearly 80 countries for over 90 years. Every day, as one of our Stores Person, is different.This role involves a lot of independent working and using your own initiative. Being able to manage your own time is essential. Requirements To be considered for the Stores Person position you will Ideally have the following; Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload. Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe place of work by ensuring stock is safely stored, stores are kept clean, tidy and free of slip and trip hazards and ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations including the wearing of PPE and high viz jackets. Implement, follow and improve stock management procedures. Maintain stock control including regular stock counts, assist management with ordering stock by monitoring minimum stock levels, submit monthly stock counts to Head Office within timelines established and maintain stock records. Identify slow moving and obsolete stock Take into stock all deliveries, check to delivery dockets, report and follow up discrepancies including stock shortages, damaged stock etc. Ensure stock requisition forms are signed by service management, ensure quantities requested and issued match and that all forms are signed and dated by the service driver collecting the stock. Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
