<p><b>As a Sourcing Supplier Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for </b>:</p>

<ul>
<li>Defining and improving Sourcing Supplier Enablement strategies at business or plant level to increase adoption levels of our front-end technology.</li>
<li>supplier account receivables management and supplier self-service. As well as increasing new ordering methods related to our front-end technology.</li>
<li>Process improvement and driving operational excellence by highlighting flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggests improvements.</li>
<li>Handling communication with suppliers, colleagues, and the business about project status and KPI&
39;s</li>
<li>Data gathering and analysis.</li>
<li>Contributing to project as a team member across the Region.</li>
<li>Providing trainings to the business on the use of our front-end supplier enablement technology.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Fuel your passion </b><br />

To be successful in this role you will require:</p>

<ul>
<li>Previous Sourcing or Category Management experience.</li>
<li>Be able to work with Ariba and SAP fluently.</li>
<li>Be able to manage a complex and diverse workload.</li>
<li>Being capable of defining and improving sourcing strategies at business or plant level.</li>
<li>Owning sourcing projects from start to implementation.</li>
<li>To be an excellent communicator both internally and externally.</li>
<li>Strong commercial contract and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Excellent data analysis capabilities and highly skilled in databases and desktop tools.</li>
<li>Tertiary qualified, with excellent experience of procurement, sourcing, or category management. CIPS or other industry certification also beneficial.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English.</li>
</ul>
